Collection: Support for Children & Teens

When a child or teen is grieving, it can be hard to know what to say or how to help. They may not have the words to explain what they're feeling, and grief doesn't always look the way adults expect it to. Here you'll find books, activities, cards, and practical resources that give children and teens different ways to express what is already there. Some may want to color, write, talk, remember, or ask questions. Others may need something completely different. These tools aren't about telling them how grief should feel. They're about meeting them where their grief is and giving them the space and the tools to show us.
