About Grief CPR Universe

Grief CPR Universe was created by Sandy Brosam from more than four decades of living with grief.

After the deaths of two of her sons, Sandy encountered something many grieving people know well: plenty of advice about grief, but not always something useful for the moment grief actually shows up.

The birthday.

The grocery store.

The middle of the workday.

The ordinary Tuesday when you thought you were doing okay.

Grief CPR grew from those moments.

Just as physical CPR offers immediate help in a crisis, Grief CPR offers practical emotional tools for the moments when grief hits hard. It isn't about curing grief, moving on, or telling someone how they should feel.

Through books, Grief Tuckaways™, practical tools, articles, and resources for adults, children, teens, families, and supporters, Grief CPR Universe creates different ways to reach for support when grief shows up.

Some tools are for the person who is grieving.

Some are for the person standing beside them wondering, “What do I say? What do I do?”

And some are simply for the moment you didn't see coming.

We don't tell you how to grieve. We give you practical tools for the moments when grief shows up.

Grief Spoken Here.
