“Grief is hard. Dance anyway.” Some days grief feels heavy. Other days you may find yourself dancing in the kitchen, singing in the car, or laughing when you least expect it. Joy isn't a betrayal of grief. Having a good moment doesn't mean you've forgotten who you're missing or that grief suddenly disappeared. Sometimes you're grieving. And sometimes a song comes on and you dance.
