Because of the nature of our products, all purchases are considered final sale, except where refunds or other remedies are required by applicable law.

Digital Products

All digital downloads, including ebooks, printable workbooks, and downloadable materials, are nonreturnable and nonrefundable once delivered or made accessible.

If you experience difficulty accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.

Printed Books, Workbooks & Magnets

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or products ordered in error.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue.

We will review the situation and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund when warranted.
