At Grief CPR Universe, all sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products, including print-on-demand books, trading cards, and digital downloads, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Digital products, including E-books, PDFs, and downloadable resources, are non-refundable.
